CHEF CARLOS was born in Brazil from an Italian family, originally from Trento. He had left Brazil to pursue his career as a Chef specialised in Italian cuisine since young. He loves travelling and exploring new food and ingredients during his trip. He had travelled to many countries and ever worked in UK, America and Russia. He decided to settle down in Singapore 2 years ago. He was formerly the chef from In Piazza on Steven Road. The fresh cheeses are coming weekly from Italy, like mozzarella, bufala, burrata ricotta, gorgonzola, pecorino, Italian parmesan are making our dishes rich and genuine.
Tomato is at the base of our cuisine. We receive twice a week of the Pachino Cherry Tomatoes fresh from Sicily. Pachino is the only IGP tomato of Italy.
The famous Parma ham combined with Italian creamy burrata cheese, Pachino cherry tomatoes and rocket salad.
It is fresh made pasta finished in the over for a perfect crispy cooking.
