CHEF CARLOS was born in Brazil from an Italian family, originally from Trento. He had left Brazil to pursue his career as a Chef specialised in Italian cuisine since young. He loves travelling and exploring new food and ingredients during his trip. He had travelled to many countries and ever worked in UK, America and Russia. He decided to settle down in Singapore 2 years ago. He was formerly the chef from In Piazza on Steven Road.
