CHEF CARLOS was born in Brazil from an Italy family originally from Trento. He moved back to Europe during its young age to explore the Italian art of food. He worked 5 years in the beautiful Verona where he entered in touch with most famous ingredients of Veneto Region like radicchio, asparagus, pumpkins. All perfect for risotto, fresh pasta and tortellini in combination with the Valpolicella wines. Then he brought his experience around Europe: in Manchester four years at Bellavista Italian restaurant; two years in Edinburg – Scotland, two years in Rostov – Russia at the restaurant Sapore Italiano. Finally reached Singapore where he worked at In Piazza at The Pines Stevens Road. When you come at Little Italy talk to him, he will follow your desire or suggest the best special of the day
Ms. Izabella is the Restaurant Manager at Little Italy. She was born in Romania and grown up in Asti – Piemonte Italy. She has worked for Ischia Italian Restaurant in Brasov and Locanda La Fertè in Asti, both of them family restaurants, where she learnt how take care of the details and let the clients feel like at home.
Pizza Chef Sudha was born in India where he studied Hotel Management and Catering Technology till 1999. After his bachelor degree he started to specialize in Italian pizza. Then he continued to cultivate his passion in Singapore wher he moved in 2004 working for well recognised Italian restaurants for the last 14 years.
